Hapoel Tel Aviv in negotiations with Travis Warrick

Hapoel Tel Aviv continues the work of train staff, with one of its tasks being the signing of another quality Israeli player – and in recent days the team is in negotiations with Travis Warrick. The 31-year-old nationalist forward has ended his contract with Hapoel Beer Sheva and is also wanted by a number of other teams in the league.

Hapoel, for its part, is targeting an Israeli player in this position, when at an earlier stage of the summer it examined the options of Adam Ariel and Or Cornelius. Warrick has played in the last two seasons in Be’er Sheva, when last season he finished with 5.5 points and 3.1 rebounds. In 20/21, for comparison, his averages were much higher – 10.2 points per game.

So far this summer, Hapoel Tel Aviv has made a number of impressive moves, including signing Tomer Ginat and extending the contracts of Jacoben Brown and JP Tokoto. Hapoel’s goal will be to add one more Israeli as well as three foreigners: another guard alongside Brown, forward and center.
