Thiruvananthapuram: India A team captain Sanju Samson, who arrived in Thiruvananthapuram from Chennai, said that he was very happy with the fan support. Sanju, who landed in Thiruvananthapuram after sweeping the series against the New Zealand A team, was given a grand reception by the fans. BCCI Sanju also came in the same flight as President Sourav Ganguly.
Sanju wished for a good match in Kariyavatta and said that although he is not a part of the team, he is happy with the support given by the fans. When asked if he would be a member of the Indian team for the ODI series against South Africa, the response was ‘Let’s see’.
