Pakistan pacer Haris Rauf is a star who has already caught the attention with his bizarre wicket celebrations. Now, during the match in the Big Bash T20 League, the ‘paced protocol’ wicket celebration of the Pakistani pacer is going viral on social media.

The fun celebration takes place during the Melbourne Stars-Perth Scooters battle in the BBL. Celebrations such as holding hands and hugging are banned on the grounds in the wake of the Kovid expansion. Instead, Melbourne Stars’ Pakistani star Harris Rauf celebrated in a different way.

Perth Scoochers’ Curtis Patterson was sent off in the third over. After taking the wicket, Rauf symbolically washed his hands with sanitizer and wore a surgical mask that he kept in his pocket.

The video went viral on social media. The video shows teammate Beau Webster bursting out and then clapping after watching Rauf’s celebrations.
