The England team is touring Pakistan in a 3-Test series. After England won the Test series 2-0 by defeating Pakistan in the first 2 Test matches in Rawalpindi and Multan, the last Test match is underway in Karachi. Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat.

Pakistan Team:

Abdullah Shafiq, Shaan Masood, Azhar Ali, Babar Azam (captain), Mohammad Rizwan (wicket keeper), Agha Salman, Saud Shakeel, Faheem Ashraf, Nauman Ali, Mohammad Wasim, Abrar Ahmed.

England Team:

Jack Crowley, Ben Duckett, Ally Pope, Joe Root, Harry Brook, Ben Stokes (captain), Ben Foakes (wicketkeeper), Rehan Ahmed, Ally Robinson, Mark Wood, Jack Leach.

Batting first, Azhar Ali, playing his last Test, scored 45 runs for Pakistan. Pakistan team scored 304 runs in the first innings with captain Babar Azam scoring 78 runs and Agha Salman scoring 56 runs.

Jack Crowley, the opener of the England team, who played the first innings, was ducked out in the first over. Ben Duckett, another opener, scored 26 runs. Ally Pope scored a brilliant half-century with 51 runs. Harry Brook, who batted brilliantly, scored a century. Brook scored 111 and Ben Foakes scored 64, with small contributions from Mark Wood (35) and Robinson (29) at the back as England posted 354 in the first innings.

At the end of the first innings, England took a lead of 50 runs. After 50 runs behind, the Pakistan team started the 2nd innings and scored 21 runs without losing a wicket at the end of the 2nd day.
