jpnn.comJAKARTA – Sandra Dewi’s husband, Harvey Moeis, underwent a follow-up trial in the alleged tin corruption case at the Jakarta Corruption Crimes Court (Tipikor) on Thursday (22/8).

After the trial which lasted around 6 hours, Harvey Moeis remained silent, even though he was bombarded with questions by the media crew.

In the previous follow-up trial, the Public Prosecutor (JPU) presented five witnesses from PT Timah.

At the end of the trial, the judge gave Harvey Moeis and his attorney the opportunity to respond to the statements of the five witnesses.

On that occasion, Harvey Moeis asked about the existence of Griya Timah which was continuously discussed by the witnesses.

“Excuse me, Your Honor. Just one question, where is Griya Timah?” asked Harvey Moeis.

At that moment, Harvey Moeis admitted that he had met with the witnesses.

However, he emphasized that he had never met the witnesses at Griya Timah.

After admitting that he had never met the witness at Griya Timah, Harvey Moeis remained silent.
