Mutual understanding is essential for overall development. Social Welfare Adviser Sharmin S Murrshed commented that real development is not possible without mutual understanding.

Haste to avoid recruitment: Social Welfare Advisers

The adviser said this at the monthly coordination meeting at the Ministry’s meeting room on Sunday (August 18).

He said, believe in yourself. Building this belief can go a long way in overcoming uncertainty. Congratulate others on their good deeds. Appreciate them. This will create a positive attitude about you among the people around you. I want to see the reflection of your words. What are you doing, what do you think about your workplace? Above all, I want to see the practice of doing something good.

Regarding the filling of vacancies in various departments, he said that the recruitment process should be done in a fair manner by avoiding haste in the recruitment of manpower. Keeping someone in the same office for a long time leads to reluctance to work, in which case measures should be taken according to rules. You should not only think about the ministry or department, you should think about the country. Besides, we have to think not only about ourselves but also about the ministry and work.

He said, the Ministry of Social Welfare will be based on merit. We will capitalize on talent. Everyone should reform the society, build a new society. We need to employ intelligent young people in this work. Intelligence, science and reason, this is the liberation of the nation – everyone should work together to build the society and the country by harnessing the power of youth.

He also said that no partyization will continue. I did not come to work for any party. We are here to work for humanity. If you want to do good work, you have to be more focused on moral areas. Introspection should be done. No one will go beyond the rules. I will not listen to you if you break the rules.
