Football has these things and for the 3rd consecutive month we will have a duel between Estoril Praia and FC Porto this season, all of them for different competitions, and the advantage, so far, is clearly of the Canarian team, who have won the last two, one for the championship (0-1) and another that dictated the elimination of the blue and whites from the League Cup (3-1).

The motivation of Vasco Seabra’s men is, therefore, high, especially because they are one of the teams in better form at this stage in Portugal, although they had a reality check in their last game, where they were beaten by Sporting (5-1) who knew how to exploit all their weaknesses, when they tried to remain true to themselves. This, however, is a game with a different charm, especially because it is effectively eliminating and where each mistake pays (even more) dearly.
