“Have we become tenants on our own land”?

This is an observation bitterly experienced by the Gabonese to this day. Everything or almost is out of reach today, enough to claim to be a foreigner in one’s own country.
Does the Gabonese still consider himself indigenous to the land where he was born? does he still feel at home? nothing is less certain. Shops, houses, transport are held by the brothers of other communities.
Far from denouncing xenophobia, but wouldn’t we ourselves be responsible for this anomaly? How to understand that today our own land and all that is attributed to it is to others and not to the Gabonese? Why don’t we control our wealth, our due which is rightfully ours?

Effective means should be put in place to allow Gabonese to be on an equal footing with others, except that the prerequisite must be a radical change of mentality. And at that time, the Gabonese will be able to feel at home because it is up to him to develop and take care of his country.
