CELEBRITY who is also Miss Indonesia 2008 Zivanna Letisha Siregar is a mother with a history of normal or caesarean delivery. According to him, both of them need the same struggle.

“Whether you want to give birth, whatever method the struggle is, it’s the same, you both stay up late. Who says Caesar doesn’t get sick. There’s so much stigma in society, don’t listen to it and just focus on the growth and development of your own children,” she said in the Nutrition Talk webinar, Wednesday (5/4) .

Zivanna gave birth to her first child normally or vaginally, while the delivery of her second and third twins was carried out by caesarean section because the positions of the two crossed in the uterus.

Speaking of preparation, according to him, there is not much difference between the two types of childbirth. Both before the first and second births, they both maintained their diet since pregnancy, including intake of folic acid and vitamins. She also exercises regularly because for her this physical activity is very important regardless of the delivery method.

“I even participated in yoga for childbirth because it made my body feel better. When I was pregnant, my joints ached, all bad. When I was pregnant with twins, there were quite a lot of good weight, up to 23 kg,” said Zivanna.

Especially for mothers who gave birth by caesarean section, which coincided with the moment of C-section Awareness Month, Zivanna advised them to stay confident.

“That we are good mothers who always try to do the best for our children. Even though there is a lot of stigma about the cesarean delivery method, we should just focus on preparing and doing the best for mothers and children so that they can optimize their health in the short and long term. ,” he said.
