In Querétaro they announced the ninth edition of the Hay Festivalwhich will be held from September 5-8, announced the mayor of the state capital, Luis Nava Guerrerowho was accompanied by Cristina Fuentes La Rocheinternational director of this event.
The councilor explained that this event will take place in the seven delegations of the city, in universities, the municipalities of Tequisquiapan and Corregidora and, for the first time, with activities in neighborhoods such as the Tepetate, La Solana y Bolanos.
He also indicated that 22 countries will participate, to disseminate local and international literature. Internationalto promote dialogue and cultural exchange.
Nava Guerrero recalled the importance of the arrival to Querétaro Hay Festival 2024 and said that it has been an honor to organize this prestigious event until the end of these six years of his administration.
“Because in Querétaro, in all areas, we recognize and promote the value of criticism, but also of creativity, of innovation, of being able to think differently to build a better society,” said the councilor.
During this event, the issues that concern Querétaro residents will be discussed, when talking from the local to the global.
