The investigation file states that on the day of the events, at 1:30 p.m., elements of the FESC circulated in units in front of a home on Robles Street in La Hacienda Tecate San Pablo neighborhoodderived from attention to an anonymous complaint, when they realized that two men were carrying firearms.

The facts
