16 years ago, Jørgen Rasmussen installed plastic windows in his house in Christiansfeld without knowing that they were illegal. Ever since, he has been fighting the authorities to keep them, paying a staggering amount in fines. But when the High Court decides on the case on Tuesday, the period will also be put to rest.
