A 23-year-old man who had lost his wallet forgot to report one of the credit cards and in recent days had the bad news that the person who found it made purchases for 96,000 pesos.
The event was recorded in the city of Rufino, and the victim (Ramiro SM) appeared at the 3rd Police Station to give details of what happened.
Sources consulted by Sur24 indicated that the victim said that he lost his wallet in March of this year. The truth is that he was convinced that he had canceled all the cards, but he failed to complete the process with the credit Visa from Banco Galicia.
Consequently, the weeks passed and Ramiro was able to verify that they made several purchases for a total amount of 96,000 pesos.
From the Rufino prosecutor’s office they are investigating the fact, which for the moment was labeled “scam”.
