“Johnny Depp “He never pushed me, kicked me or threw me down the stairs,” she clarified Kate Moss Today (Wednesday), when she appeared (in a video) in a trial that has been stirring Hollywood in recent weeks between Depp and his ex-wife Amber Heard.
Moss was summoned to testify at the trial by her ex-partner’s lawyers, after Hurd used her name on the witness stand, hinting that Depp had pushed Moss down the stairs and even kicked her during their relationship in the 1990s. Heard said that during a particularly loud argument between Depp and her sister she immediately recalled a story about Moss: “I did not hesitate. I did not wait. I immediately thought of Kate Moss and that he pushed her up the stairs and beat him,” Hard said when she admitted to beating the actor to protect her sister .
But Moss completely contradicted her words: the model went up to appear in the video and after the judge swore her to tell only the truth, Depp’s lawyer asked her to tell the sequence of events that took place that day at a hotel in Jamaica, to which Herd was referring. “We left the room and Johnny left a little before me. There was a rainstorm and when I went out I slid down the stairs. I was hit in the back and shouted because I was in pain and did not know what happened. Johnny came back running to help me, picked me up and made me a doctor.”

Heard’s testimony actually “helped” Depp’s lawyers summon Moss to testify, since she was the one who mentioned her name, but they knew that the mythological exes were having a good, friendly relationship.
Depp and Moss ran a relationship between 1994-1998, when Moss was at the height of her career. The two’s relationship was notorious because they used to do a lot of drugs and alcohol together. Among their favorite places was the Viper which was owned by Depp, where the two used to hang out with other celebrities in them Jared Leto, Keanu Reeves andCharlize Theron.
