A man from Teramo who had to store his motorbike without insurance was also reported

The Carabinieri of the Provincial Command of Teramo were engaged in several operations that led to three reports for various crimes in the area.

In Teramo, the military of the local station reported a man for failure to guard seized goods. The individual, who had been entrusted with his motorcycle following a seizure for driving without a license and without insurance, left the vehicle unattended on the public road, where it was subsequently stolen.

In Montorio al Vomano, however, the Carabinieri reported a man from another region for fraud. The latter had put the manual transmission of a vintage car up for sale on a social media platform. After receiving a deposit of over 300 euros from a buyer from Teramo, interested in the spare part, the seller disappeared from the platform without ever shipping the item. Online scams of this type are unfortunately frequent and often, for small sums, the victims give up filing a complaint.

In Giulianova, the Carabinieri of the NOR stopped two women from Pescara, accused of aggravated theft. The two were seen by the staff of a supermarket while they filled their bags with various products, both food and non-food, and then left the area reserved for those who do not make purchases. Outside, waiting for them, there was a patrol of the Carabinieri, alerted by the owner of the store. The search revealed goods with a value of 100 euros, later returned to the supermarket. The women, already known to the police for property crimes, are now subject to a procedure for the issuing of a mandatory expulsion order.
