Health care systems index.. Iraq ranks 11th in the Arab world

Baghdad / Obelisk Event: Iraq ranked 79th in the world, and 11th in the Arab world, with the best health care systems for the year 2023, according to CEOWORLD magazine’s health care index.

The CEOWORLD Healthcare Index is a statistical analysis of the overall quality of the healthcare system, including healthcare infrastructure; Competencies of healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses and other health workers); Cost (US$ per person); Availability of quality medicines and government readiness. It also takes into account other factors including environmental factors, access to clean water and sanitation, and the government’s willingness to sanction risks such as tobacco use and obesity.

The ranking looks at 110 countries around the world based on 5 different health variables.

According to the magazine, which “ranked 110 countries according to factors that contribute to public health, Taiwan comes first in the list in terms of the best health care, as it scored 78.72 out of 100 on the health care index, followed by South Korea with 77.7 points, and third. Australia with 74.11 points, Canada comes fourth with 71.32 points, and Sweden comes fifth with 70.73 points.
