“Health Holding”: establishing constituent boards of directors to supervise health gatherings
The Board of Directors of the Health Holding Company issued its decision to establish constituent boards of directors to supervise health gatherings.
The decision represents the establishment of the next stages of building the system of the Health Holding Company, and a continuation of the previous transformational stages and based on its achievements, in order to build the future model of the company, which aims to reach developed experiences and models, integration in providing health care services, and raising efficiency and effectiveness in order to achieve aspirations in the next stages. The level of integration between health clusters and effective use of potentials to achieve the priorities and objectives of the next phases.
It is worth mentioning that the Health Holding Company – a non-profit – was established by Cabinet Resolution No. (469) dated 9/8/1443 AH, to provide health care services at all levels to beneficiaries through health gatherings in the various regions of the Kingdom by applying the modern health care model.
