The Center for Applied Medical Research (CIMA) has warned of supply problems of Naproxen, an anti-inflammatory drug very popular with women. As indicated by the center, under the Ministry of Health, the incident began on March 9 and is not expected to end before May 29.
Specifically it is about Naproxen Sodium Kern Pharma 550 mg EFG film-coated tablets, although the CIMA indicates that there are other drugs with the same active ingredient and for the same route of administration, which in this case is oral.
This drug is used to treat pain of mild or moderate intensity, treatment of symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, acute episodes of gout and ankylosing spondylitis or menstrual pain. In addition, it relieves the pain of acute migraine attacks and secondary pain due to associated bleeding to intrauterine devices (D.I.U.).
