It is logical that reducing the amount of food that enters the stomach does not lead to obesity, and Ramadan played a role in that! Especially since women resort during that month to breaking down fats, thinking that this will give them a graceful figure without effort and diet.
Al-Tama (sub-major) said that a study two years ago showed that Gulf women walk (5) thousand steps per day only, and saw that this number is very modest compared to the global level applied by most countries and health organizations, which is 10 thousand steps per day, and there are specialists who advise people to save their money and use it In clubs, it may take longer, but its benefit is better at the level of body health, and the obesity rate is estimated at about 75 percent among Gulf women, and the World Health Organization said that 700 million people in the world suffer from obesity now.
And Dr. (Al-Fayed), who specializes in fitness (physical health), says that women are generally more capable of fasting than men. And his explanation for this is that the fat stock of women is higher than that of men, as it reaches 22 percent compared to 11 percent for men, which helps them to withstand fasting more than men, and indicates in this context that the benefits of fasting for women are reflected in the skin and hair and therefore The radiance of the woman’s face is noticed in the last days of the month of fasting, because she will have reaped the benefits of hunger throughout the days of the month – and in order to complete the deficiency: Oh, if only they could walk after Tarawih prayer, even for 10 minutes.
At the same time, on the other hand, the doctor stresses the need for fasting to be valid in order for women to obtain this benefit, which is summarized as follows:
Refrain from eating meat and any animal products, adhere to a vegetarian diet, eat some fish that is not fried in oil, and if it must be preferred, olive oil, which contains many benefits, and that this system is capable of adjusting any hormonal imbalance in women, and it is preferable to adhere to it until After ramadan.
Surprisingly, Dr. Al-Fayed points out that fasting has a calming effect on women (if done correctly) unlike men, as hunger during the hours of fasting contributes to controlling the relevant hormones in women, while it is noted that men become more nervous with fasting.
And this is true, as I personally noticed this on me – especially an hour and a half before the sun set – above which my soul would be (on the tip of my nostril), and woe, oh, the blackness of the night of the one who speaks to me, without exaggeration, I can (stomp on his stomach).
