The chopped sugar-free dark chocolate is optional although it provides a small extra sweet touch for the most chocolatiers. If you don’t have protein powder, whether vegan or not, you can substitute it with more ground almonds, oatmeal chocolate, vanilla or neutral flavor, or other ground nuts.

If we do not have it already prepared, we can cook the sweet potato in the microwave; It will take between 8 and 15 minutes depending on the size, just poking it a little before. Wait for it to cool and take out the amount of pulp necessary to obtain 170 g, and put in a container.

Mash with a fork or beat with an arm mixer, add the eggs, milk and vanilla and beat a little more. Add the other ingredients, sifting cocoa with a strainer so that there are no lumps, and mix everything well.

Place in a microwave-safe mold and cook for about 8 minutes at maximum power. Check that it is well set by piercing the center with a toothpick, carefully unmold and let it cool on a rack. You can decorate with cocoa powder.
