The song and trailer launch of Tamil film starrer Vithutalai was held in Chennai last day. The actor has described an interesting incident that happened on the set of the film directed by Vetrimaran.
Suri shared an incident where a mother mistook her for actor Suriya. Suri said that an elderly mother would always come on set. That’s what they came to see. But I could not see that mother because of the rush. They used to come and go back in despair of not being able to see him.
They came and went for ten days. One day some people from the set came and said that the cameraman said that theirs was the last house in the nearby street. Suri said that she decided to meet them.
Those who came with me first went home and told me that I had come to see them. Mom, who was drinking porridge, came running with that hand, hugged her and kissed her a lot, telling her that she would be fine. Then he asked why he is sitting like this now that he is very busy in the movie. I said it was a shepherd’s pie.’
