In the province of Shandong which borders the Yellow Sea, the temperature even reached locally Thursday 43 ° C, according to the meteorological services. According to local media, seventeen national weather stations broke temperature records.

This strong heat should persist in the north and the east of the country for at least eight days, warned Friday the meteorological services.
