Abu Dhabi: Meteorologists have warned that there is a possibility of heavy fog in the UAE. Meteorologists have advised motorists to exercise caution during foggy conditions. There is a warning that the temperature will rise to a maximum of 30 degrees and the atmospheric humidity will rise to 90%. The weather forecast is that there is a possibility of heavy fog till Thursday morning.

Police has instructed that if visibility is reduced to the extent that one cannot see each other due to fog, the vehicle should be stopped at a safe distance from the road and the hazard lights should be turned on.
The speed limit on Abu Dhabi roads is reduced to 80 km/h during snow. Those driving without low beam lights (fog lights) during snowy conditions will be fined Dh500 and four black points. Truck and labor bus drivers who do not comply with the law will be fined Dh1,000 and four black points.
