Heavy Rain Expected in Three Districts of Tamil Nadu on Friday
The Chennai Meteorological Center has issued a statement predicting heavy rain in three districts of Tamil Nadu on Friday, October 13.
According to the center, due to low atmospheric circulation, there is a high likelihood of heavy rainfall occurring in the hilly areas of Tirunelveli district, as well as in Tenkasi and Kanyakumari districts on Friday.
While the sky over Chennai and its suburbs is expected to be partly cloudy, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain accompanied by thunder and lightning in some parts of the city.
In the latest updates, Madurai city and Madurai North received 120 mm of rain each, while Tallakulam and Mettupatti recorded 100 mm each until Thursday.
