While the Director of the Ambulance and Emergency Department Office in Bani Walid, Muhammad Abu al-Niran, reported that their teams are ready in the city with expectations of heavy rain falling on Monday evening in quantities exceeding what fell last night.

The National Center of Meteorology also reported that good to heavy rain fell on Sunday evening in Bani Walid, Tarhuna, Al-Araban, Gharyan, Al-Qawasim, Al-Qalaa, Qamata and Kikla, exceeding 50 mm in some places.

The center added that clouds are still increasing today in most areas of the northwest and center, with a chance of moderate rain, especially in Bani Walid and Tarhuna, and heavy in some of these areas, accompanied by thunderstorms, which caused valleys to flow and water to collect in low-lying areas.
