After being accused of sexual harassment: the court acquitted Kevin Spacey
Three weeks after the civil suit against the actor filed by Anthony Rapp was officially dismissed by the court in Manhattan, this after the jury claimed that Rapp failed to prove his claim
A little less than a month ago, a civil lawsuit was filed against Kevin Spacey on behalf of 50-year-old Anthony Rapp who claimed that when he was only 14 years old he was sexually harassed by Spacey. According to him, Spacey lay on him for a long time and touched him without his permission. Spacey, on the other hand, claimed that this never happened, and the two were never alone.
The jury reached a decision to reject Rapp’s claim, due to a lack of evidence. As you know, Rapp is currently starring in the series “Star Trek: Discovery”, while Spacey has now moved away from the spotlight a little due to the fact that he was accused by three different men of sexual assaults that took place between 2005 and 2013, while he was the artistic director of the Old Vic Theater in London .
