The director of the film “Wonder Woman” starring the successful Israeli actress Gal Gadot breaks her silence after a wave of rumors about the cancellation of the third film in the series and refers for the first time to the storm in question. “I never abandoned the film, in fact I was open to accept any change we asked of me,” she wrote on her Twitter page.
She added and said that she realized at a fairly early stage that there was nothing she could do to promote anything at those times. “Obviously, the studios are going through major changes right now, and that’s what they had to do. Therefore, I understand the decisions, even though they are difficult,’ she explained.
As a reminder, last week it was reported that the studios decided to shelve the third film in the “Wonder Woman” series after the director and writer did not agree to accept the changes. Finally, the director concluded by saying that everything that has been written in the media in recent weeks is not true. “I don’t usually talk publicly about career issues, but I won’t accept these inaccuracies anymore,” she wrote.
