More than half of Americans believe that crypto is the “financial future”

A survey of 2,000 adult residents of the United States, conducted by an Israeli company, found that the majority believe in the stability of cryptocurrencies. “Young people are the ones who will shape the economy.”

The company that conducted the survey is StarkWare, which is blockchain-based, and it surveyed 2,000 adults across the United States of all ages, to determine their point of view on the world of crypto and its future development.

The findings showed that 53 percent of participants believe that digital money is the future of the financial world. Unsurprisingly, young people aged 25 to 34 are the ones who mostly think so, as 63% of voters are in this age range. In the 35 to 44 age group, 61 percent of participants believed that crypto had a promising future.

In addition, 17 percent of participants admitted that they have invested in cryptocurrencies, with 50% stating that they deal in virtual money on a daily basis. Only 14% of investors let a week go by without making any changes to their purchases.

StarkWare president Eli Ben Sasson said: “This survey shows how widespread crypto has become, indicating what heights it will soon reach. We see that young Americans, the ones who will shape the economy soon, are the ones who are mostly turning to crypto. This is an important insight. “They are investing in large numbers, and are overwhelmingly convinced that crypto is the future.”

Uri Kolodny, co-founder, believed there was great enthusiasm for crypto among the company – but argued that “blockchain simply will not be able to cope with the growing demand” unless people in the industry start working “smarter”.
