Hebrew News – Steven Tyler is accused of sexually assaulting a minor decades ago in a new lawsuit

Julia Holcomb claims Tyler convinced her mother to grant him custody of her when she was 16, paving the way for a sexual relationship between 1973 and 1976, according to a Rolling Stone report published Thursday.

Tyler, who was born in 1948, was then in his mid-20s. According to reports, Holcomb did not name Tyler in the lawsuit, instead referring to the defendants as defendants 1 and 2.

The New York Post has reached out to Tyler’s representatives for comment.

Tyler, 74, suffered from drug addiction and “voluntarily” entered rehab in the past.

Holcomb claims in the lawsuit that she was “powerless to resist” Tyler’s “power, fame, and significant financial ability,” according to media reports.

According to the reports, she claims that Tyler “forced and convinced” her to believe that they were having a “romantic affair.”

Rolling Stone notes that Tyler’s 2011 memoir “Does the Noise in My Head Bother You?” refers to a relationship with a 16-year-old girl and mentions her name.

Holcomb previously opened up about the relationship she claims she shared with the former “American Idol” judge, whom she says she met after a performance in Oregon not long after she turned 16.

She claims she followed him to Seattle while their sexual relationship continued.

Tyler allegedly received guardianship around 1974.

“He mentioned he wanted guardianship papers so I could travel across state lines when he was on tour,” Holcomb wrote in 2011 on LifeSiteNews.com.

“I told him that my mother wouldn’t sign me over to him. I asked him how he got her to do that. He said, ‘I told her I needed them so that you could enroll in school.'”

Holcomb – who has become an anti-abortion activist in recent years – previously claimed that she became pregnant in 1975 after Tyler threw her birth control from a hotel room balcony.

While performing around the country, it was reported that the couple’s apartment caught fire when Holcomb was five months pregnant.

She reported crawling to the door – which she said had three locks on it.

“Steven insisted on keeping them locked all the time because he usually kept drugs at home and he suffered a burglary in our previous apartment,” she wrote.

According to her, Tyler “told me that I should have an abortion because of the smoke damage to my lungs and the lack of oxygen I suffered from it.”
