The luxury residence consists of four bedrooms and 4.5 baths, and boasts 180-degree views of the bay and the Tampa skyline – extending to downtown St. Pete.
The apartment was built in 2011, and this is the first time it comes to the market. Among the facilities there is a private foyer, and entrance to the elevator, as well as your own private pavilion in the pool. ,
The unit boasts 3-meter floor-to-ceiling windows, a gourmet kitchen, and a 250-square-meter wraparound terrace.
Amenities include a 24-hour concierge, a clubhouse, and a resort-style pool with a heated spa and rock waterfall.
“A luxurious oasis, with every feature designed to enhance the stunning views and provide functionality for any lifestyle,” is how agent Nick Yanovsky described the property to the New York Post, who added that “this is a rare opportunity to own a penthouse in Tampa’s original luxury tower.” The years the star lived in the luxury unit, the team won the Super Bowl and qualified for the playoffs. ,
Meanwhile, he still owns a beautiful five-bedroom, six-bathroom unit in Miami that spans over 600 square meters.
The 33-year-old Gronk, considered one of the greatest catchers of all time, announced his retirement for the second time on June 21, 2022.
