“The pilot committed suicide and took 131 people”: American committee determined – the plane dived into the mountainside in China about two months ago was done by the pilot

A China-Eastern plane whose 132 passengers perished vertically crashed into a mountainside in China did not suffer any technical difficulties, according to the conclusions of a U.S. commission of inquiry that has been exposed to some of the findings, meanwhile the Chinese government and the airline refuse to confirm but do not refute the claim.

The crash of the jet plane in China in which 132 people were killed when the plane collided with the side of the mountain appears to have been a deliberate act, according to a report by the New York Post.

Flight data from the plane show that someone in the cockpit pushed the Boeing 737-800 down “almost vertically” while cruising at high altitude, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing sources familiar with the early assessment of U.S. officials. Data from the black box found at the crash site near the city of Guangzhou in the southern province of Guangxi indicated that control of the cockpit led the plane to its deadly dive, sources told the newspaper.

“The plane did what it was told to do by someone in the cockpit,” an insider told the Journal.

Chinese authorities have not yet shown any mechanical problems or problems with flight control in the March 21 crash that killed everyone on board, the source added.

The black box was found at the crash site of a China Eastern Airlines plane in Tangxian province and after it was found, officials in eastern China said no evidence could be found that could confirm whether the plane had problems before the accident.

The revelation led U.S. officials involved in the investigation to shift the focus to pilot operations, but it is possible, though not necessarily likely, that someone else on the plane stormed the cockpit and caused a crash, sources told the Conservative newspaper.

The air safety regulators, and Boeing officials did not work on new service leaflets or new guidelines resulting from the accident, suggesting that this was probably not a technical failure that was discovered.

However, U.S. researchers do not have all the information available to their Chinese counterparts, another source said.

An initial reading of the flight data record of the China Eastern plane in April revealed that there were data on the pilots’ activity before the crash.

The pilots’ health and economic condition was good, the airline told the Journal.

Meanwhile, the airline pointed to an initial report by the Chinese government, which said efforts to recover data and analyze the plane’s damaged black boxes were still ongoing, the newspaper reported.

“Any unofficial speculation could interfere with the accident investigation and affect the real progress of the global air transportation industry,” China Eastern said in response to the findings of the U.S. Commission of Inquiry.

The airline also insisted that possible intrusion into the cockpit was unreasonable, citing information from a March 25 press conference during which Chinese authorities said no advance warning had been sent.
