The Guatemalan’s nomination was awarded for his role as host in the program «CASH, The weight of money», a production of Televisa and Univisión. In this program, Sandarti tests the knowledge and skills of celebrities and public figures, who compete to win cash prizes aimed at realizing the dreams of families in need. Along with him, figures such as Doña Lucha and Albertano also participate in hosting the show, contributing humor and charisma.

PRODU Awards: a recognition of excellence in Latin production

They were created in 2017, they are the only awards that seek to recognize excellence in the production of content in Spanish in Latin America. These awards cover 138 categories and celebrate the work of production companies, platforms, open and pay TV channels, advertisers, producers, directors, and talents in the entertainment industry.

The nominated professionals are evaluated by a jury made up of more than 600 television and content experts.

The eighth edition will take place on October 30 and 31, 2024, in a gala broadcast live from the Mediapro studios in Miami. In Guatemala, you can enjoy a special with the highlights of the event through channels 3, 7, 11 and 13.

Héctor Sandarti’s career as a program host

Sandarti’s career as a host began in 1992 with the program This is Guatemala from Cadena de las Américas, Televisa. Over the years, he has managed to build a solid track record with projects such as Fantastic Love (1999), Hit the Price (2000), TV Life (2001), y You go or you don’t go with Boletazo (2005-2006).
