Antananarivo: A helicopter carrying a group of four, including Police Minister Serge Gale, crashed into the sea on the northeast coast of Madagascar on Monday. He searched several places but could not find anyone. But to everyone’s surprise, 57-year-old Serge Galle swam ashore for 12 hours. An accompanying police officer also reached the shore with Galle.

After his escape, Galle told the crowd that it was not yet time for him to die. Feeling very cold. But he said there were no injuries. Gill, who has been in the police force for more than three decades, joined the ministry in August as part of a cabinet reshuffle.

A helicopter with four people, including Galle, flew in to search the area where a shipwreck on the northeast coast on Monday morning left 39 people dead. The back was crashing. The search for the other two missing persons is on.
