The employee replied to the patient who asked if there would be a bone doctor, “On days when the doctor is not on leave.” When asked if it happens every day, he replied again, ‘It happens on days without leave’. When asked again if it would happen today, the employee cut off the phone and told her to call the hospital number 2630142.
