Helping East Jerusalem Hospital: UAE President Pledges $25 Million

Abu Dhabi: UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has pledged $25 million to help the East Jerusalem Hospital. Al Maqassed Hospital in East Jerusalem has pledged $25 million to expand medical supplies services.

The move is part of the UAE’s ongoing efforts to support Palestinian healthcare institutions and meet the needs of the Palestinian people.

Makassad Hospital started functioning in 1968. Makassad Hospital plays an important role in providing health care to the Palestinian community. Cardiology, orthopedics, pediatric medicine and neurology services are available from the hospital.
