(LaPresse) – New villa for the couple Beyoncé-Jay-Z: the two singers bought a house in Malibu, the most expensive in all of California. They have in fact disbursed the monstrous sum of 200 million dollars which they would even have paid in cash.
The two artists bought the house from art collector William Bell who had taken 15 years to build it. The property measures, in total, almost 3000 square meters and was designed by the Japanese architect Tadao Ando.
Built in concrete and glass, it is located in the Paradise Cove area: it was put on the market for 295 million dollars. After an apartment sold in New York for 238 million, this is the second most expensive property ever bought in the US. (Instagram)
