Hero MotoCorp to Expand Business in 2024 with Massive Launch of New Bikes

India’s leading two-wheeler manufacturer, Hero MotoCorp, is gearing up for a major expansion in 2024 with a slew of new bike launches in the premium market segment. The company made a strong impression at EICMA 2023, showcasing several upcoming models that are set to make waves in the industry.

Among the new releases, Hero MotoCorp unveiled the Zoom 160 and Zoom 125R bikes, along with two scooters and advanced models in various segments. The lineup includes a 125cc sports bike, a new Necto style 250cc bike, and the Huracan bikes in the 440cc segment with the Expels 210.

One of the highly anticipated models from Hero MotoCorp is the Xtreme 125R, a sportier-styled 125cc-engined bike that is expected to breathe new life into the company’s presence in the 125cc market. The upcoming new model will face stiff competition from the likes of SP 125, Rider 125, and Pulsar 125, but it is expected to make a significant impact with its competitive pricing, starting at Rs 90,000 or less.

Another standout model from the EICMA 2023 lineup is the XPulse 210, featuring a powerful 210cc liquid-cooled engine with impressive performance capabilities. Set to go on sale before the festive season of 2024, the XPulse 210 Adventure is expected to start at Rs 1.70 lakh, offering an enticing option for adventure enthusiasts.

The Zoom 125R and Zoom 160 scooters also made a strong impression at the event, with their stylish designs and powerful performance characteristics. The Zoom 125R is expected to go on sale in the first quarter of 2024, with a starting price of Rs 88,000, while the Zoom 160, Hero’s first premium maxi scooter, will hit the market in 2024 with a starting price of Rs 1.50 lakh.

In addition to these models, Hero MotoCorp also teased the upcoming Xtunt 250, a new 250cc engined model based on the Xtunt 2.5R concept showcased at EICMA 2023. With a powerful 250cc liquid-cooled engine and shared components with the 2.5R Stunt, the Xtunt 250 is expected to go on sale by the end of 2024 or 2025.

Last but not least, the highly anticipated XPulse 440, an adventure-style bike, is expected to be launched by the end of 2024. The bike is rumored to feature an engine shared from the Harley X440 model, adding an exciting new option to Hero MotoCorp’s lineup.

With this ambitious lineup of new models, Hero MotoCorp is set to make a significant impact in the premium bike segment in 2024, further solidifying its position as a key player in the Indian two-wheeler market.
