Ashraf Anna is once the busiest actress of Dhaka cinema. He has acted in half a hundred movies including ‘Pita Matar Amanat’, ‘Jeevan Juddha’, ‘Samadhi’, ‘Maner Ghara Basat Kare’, ‘Santan Amar Ahankar’, ‘Panch Takkar Prem’, ‘Bajao Bier Baajna’. Now Anna is away from acting but busy with various social activities.
Training centers have already been set up to make unemployed, backward women self-reliant. She provides this training from her institute ‘Anna’s Makeover and School of Beautification’. Meanwhile, this actress stands beside the flood victims. Besides, the actress urged the countrymen to stand by and requested not to make pictures and videos of cooperation.
In this context, Anna said, ‘This is our country, this is our problem, we should stand by everyone when people are in danger. This danger will pass inshallah. What we artists are doing is not actually relief, but gift. We will have only one appeal to the countrymen, everyone come forward to help the flood victims.’
Urging everyone to stand by, Anna said, ‘All of our artists and those in our beauty sector are united, we are doing what we can and I will tell those who are there to join hands and stand by everyone.’
Making a special request, Anna said, ‘One more special request – those who are taking pictures or videos while standing by, please refrain from it. And the most important thing, for whom it is possible to stand by, stand by. We pray to Allah for our country.
