Herpes zoster, Gemelli Polyclinic Foundation and Asl Roma 1 together to vaccinate fragile subjects in hospital

An innovative collaborative project between Asl Roma 1 and the Gemelli Policlinico Foundation is launched to vaccinate fragile and immunosuppressed patients at risk of herpes zoster, or ‘St. Anthony’s fire’, a disease that affects about 157,000 Italians directly in the wards and clinics every year.
