Hezbollah Launches Rocket Strikes on Israel in Solidarity with Palestinians Amid Escalating Tensions

The Hezbollah announced late on Saturday night that it launched “dozens” of rockets at Israel, in a show of solidarity with the Palestinians in Gaza and as retaliation for recent Israeli attacks in southern Lebanon.

“The Islamic Resistance included the settlement of Beit Hillel (in northern Israel) in its list of targets and bombed it for the first time with dozens of rockets,” the statement from the pro-Iran movement said.

According to Israeli media, most of the rockets were intercepted by air defense systems.
