High Court quashed the case; Omar Lulu’s ‘Good Times’ to OTT

Kozhikode: The High Court quashed the case taken by the Excise Commissioner of Kozhikode against the film ‘Nalla Samay’ directed by Omar Lulu. The film, which hit theaters on December 30, was pulled four days later.

Excise has filed a case against the director and producer. The case is based on the use of intoxicants in the trailer. Excise Kozhikode range filed a case under Abkari and NDPS rules. After the film’s release, one of its heroines made controversial remarks in favor of drug use.

OTT of the movie Omar Lulu announced on Facebook that the release date will be announced on March 20. Omar Lulu stated that he thinks that all people have the sense to see movies as movies nowadays and he is thankful to everyone who stood by him during the crisis.

Irshad is the good time hero. Neena Madhu, Gayatri Shankar, Nora Johnson, Nandana Sahadevan and Suvaibatul Aslamiyya are the new heroines. Shalu Rahim, Shivaji Guruvayur, Jayaraj Warrier and others are also in the film.

After Happy Wedding, Chunks, Oru Adaar Love and Dhamaka, Omar’s next film is ‘Nalla Chaam’. The film is produced by newcomer Kalantur.
