Riyadh ∙ The General Authority for Civil Aviation has announced that it will resolve complaints related to high ticket prices on domestic flights in Saudi Arabia. The rates of air tickets for certain categories of domestic service were changed. The authority said it was taking the rumors circulating about ticket prices seriously.
Direct interventions will be made to increase the number of domestic flights and seats and to check the pricing of travel tickets. The authority said the measures would help ensure adequate fares for passengers and increase competitiveness in the aviation sector.
