by time news

In Coimbatore, Hindu leaders tied a black cloth around their eyes and carried torches in their hands to protest for justice in the Tanjore school student suicide case.

The incident where a Plus 2 student committed suicide by drinking poison at a private school in Tanjore has caused a stir across Tamil Nadu. In this case, the Tamil Nadu BJP and the Hindu Front have been urging justice for the student’s death and a CBI inquiry. Moreover, they have been emphasizing this and engaging in statewide struggles.

As part of this, a protest was held yesterday evening in Coimbatore’s Gandhipuram area demanding justice for the student’s death on behalf of the Hindu Front’s Mother Front organization in front of Siddhi Ganesha. More than 30 women, led by Coimbatore district chief Dasarathan, lined up carrying torches in their hands and chanting slogans while wearing black blindfolds. At that time, there was a brief stir in the area due to the modern struggle of the Hindu Front.
