jpnn.comJAKARTA – Acting (Pj) Governor of DKI Heru Budi Hartono responded to his photo displayed by the Anies-Muhaimin National Legal Team (Timnas) in the General Election Results Dispute (PHPU) lawsuit hearing at the Constitutional Court (MK).
In fact, Heru’s photo was shown not only once in the PHPU trial.
The number one person in Jakarta was reluctant to comment much and responded casually to this matter.
“Yes, that’s okay (the photo was shown at the Constitutional Court hearing,” he said at the National Monument (Monas), Gambir, Central Jakarta, Friday (5/4).
When asked further, Heru just laughed and grinned.
The photo shown by THN Anies-Muhaimin at the Constitutional Court hearing was of Heru Budi distributing cheap basic food packages to Jakarta residents.
Heru Budi was seen giving a basic food package wrapped in a light blue bag which was identical to the color of the presidential candidate-vice presidential candidate number 2 Prabowo-Gibran.
“We have a video regarding the Acting Governor who participated in distributing social assistance with a picture of candidate pair 02, the color is identical to 02,” said attorney Anies-Muhaimin Zainudin at the Constitutional Court hearing, Thursday (4/4).
