Chennai: Tamil cinema world is a world of competition. From MGR to today’s Ajith and Vijay grew up in the heat of those contests. Vijay revealed this at the audio launch of Waris.

Vijay said about the competition with Ajith that he will tell a second children’s story. In 1990, a rival came to me. In the beginning he and I competed for fun. But as we grew, so did the competition. His success scared me. It was that fear that drove me to strive. That opponent is the reason why I am standing before you now. Every film is made with the thought of being better than him. – said Vijay.
