Winter around Mariazell

Winter in the Mariazeller Land – that means cold nights, clear skies and a landscape that shines impressively when the sun is low in the blue firmament. In the pre-Alpine region, small-scale farming life still works a little like it used to. Especially now in the cold season, when the big work is at a standstill, maintaining the community is even more important. In this ORFIII Heimat Austria new production, designer Michael Weinmann presents typical life here using some of the residents.
