Homes in the Long Island area have always been expensive. Now, however, prices have reached a record high of $3 million. Compared to the first quarter of 2022, they increased by 18%.

Real estate market experts say that the poor economic situation in the world does not stop wealthy residents from buying new “four walls”. They chase each other in offers, fighting for the desired property. There are currently no homes for sale in the beach area.
