PLAYA DEL REY, LOS ANGELES – A grim discovery was made on Saturday as authorities retrieved the body of a man from a small structure beneath the Culver Boulevard bridge at the Ballona Creek flood control channel. The man was confirmed to be the victim of a homicide, according to Los Angeles police.
