Honda is all set to launch its new two-wheeler in the Indian market from January 23. The company released a teaser on its official social media page to let customers know about it and asked them to “get ready to discover the new smart”. Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) is expected to launch the hybrid variant of the Activa in the Indian market after the company unveiled its new H-Smart trademark in December last year. However, the company is yet to officially reveal the clear details about what technologies the two-wheeler is equipped with.

Earlier, Honda 2-wheelers used Honda Eco Technology (HET) in its PS4 scooters and motorbikes. With the PS6 transition, Smart Power technology is used to reduce friction in vehicles. It has been revealed through the new teaser released by the company that the improved new technologies have been used in this new vehicle of Honda. It is said that AI could be a part of this technology and the company is expected to announce the complete technical details of the bike on January 23rd.
Honda is said to be rolling out new hybrid technology in an effort to save costs for customers. There are reports that the company is also likely to use a hybrid system that uses a separate battery that can be recharged like electric bikes. If Honda’s new vehicle can travel at an electric speed of 10-15 kmph, it is definitely expected to be a game changer in the Indian auto market. The electric bike is expected to reach a top speed of 40 kmph and it will also have ICE functionality to enable you to travel long distances. This vehicle from Honda is the best choice for those who want to save on fuel costs and use vehicles cheaply. And Honda is said to be interested in adding hybrid technology to its 2W portfolio.
