Honda Cars India to Increase Prices of Passenger Vehicles From January 2024

Japanese carmaker Honda has announced that it will increase the prices of all its cars sold in India from next month as production costs continue to rise. In a recent interview with PTI, Honda Cars India Vice President (Marketing and Sales) Kunal Behal mentioned that the company plans to increase the prices of its car models from next month due to pressure on input costs. He said the price hike would partially offset the impact of rising input costs.

Honda Cars India currently sells 3 passenger vehicles in India namely Amaze compact sedan, City midsize sedan and Elevate SUV. Behal confirmed that the model-wise price hike will be finalized by December. Additionally, he mentioned that the introductory price of the Elevate model will be valid until the end of December and will be revised from January 2024 onwards.
